We have a wide range of fares and tickets available to make your journey
as hassle-free and inexpensive as we can. Buy any of them from the driver
when you get on the bus.

Ticket information

Single tickets – valid for one single journey, in adult, 16-19, under 16 and family group versions.

Not valid for a break of journey, except where a change of bus is required mid-route.

Up to two under-5s can travel free with every farepaying passenger.

Return tickets - valid for one return journey on the day of purchase, in adult, 16-19, under 16 and family group versions.

Not valid for a break of journey, except where a change of bus is required mid-route.

Two adults travelling there and back together can both save 15% with a Duo return.

Up to two under-5s can travel free with every farepaying passenger.

Weekly tickets – valid for unlimited journeys between two specific points for seven days from the day of purchase. Available in adult, 16-19 and under-16 versions, and saves you money on paying for your fare every day.

Weekly tickets do not need photo ID, and you can lend them to your friends and family to use when you're not needing to use the bus.

LynnGo tickets –valid for unlimited journeys on all Norfolk Green buses in King's Lynn, as far out as West Lynn, South Lynn Beloe Crescent, Hardwick Tesco, QE Hospital, North Wootton or Knights Hill.

Available in adult, 16-19 and under-16 versions for one day, one week or one month, and for family groups for one day.

LynnGo tickets do not need photo ID, and you can lend them to your friends and family to use when you're not needing to use the bus.

Explorer tickets – valid for unlimited journeys on all Norfolk Green, Coasthopper or konectbus services on the day of purchase.

Available in adult, 16-19, under-16 and family group versions.

Fusion tickets –valid for unlimited journeys on most bus services in and around Norwich on the day of purchase. Fusion tickets are issued and accepted on Coasthopper between Aylsham and Norwich city centre, and on our X29 buses between Lenwade and Norwich city centre.

Coasthopper Rover tickets –valid for unlimited journeys on 10/11 and Coasthopper buses between Norwich, Cromer, Wells, Hunstanton and King's Lynn in one, three and seven day versions.

Rail fares - Norfolk Green participates in the King’s Lynn and Norwich PlusBus rail ticket add on schemes. PlusBus is available from Norwich as far as Taverham on the X29. The PlusBus boundary from King’s Lynn is exactly the same as for Lynngo tickets. For full details please visit www.plusbus.info

Through rail tickets to Hunstanton are valid on our 10/11 and Coasthopper buses, and to Fakenham on our X8 buses to and from King's Lynn. Through rail tickets to and from Burnham Market and Wells next the Sea on our Coasthopper buses are also sold at any First Capital Connect rail station too. One-day Bittern Rover tickets give one day's unlimited travel on Coasthopper buses between Sheringham, Wells and Hunstanton and on the Bittern Line trains between Sheringham and Norwich. For more details on the Bittern Line, visit www.bitternline.com

Bus passes - English National Bus Passes for over-60s and people with certain disabilities are issued by your local district council, and are valid between 0930 and 2300hrs Monday to Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday and public holidays with the following exceptions:
- There are some exceptions where Norfolk pass holders are able to board buses in Norfolk before 0930 on Monday to Friday. These are:
Coasthopper - for boarding buses after 0830 between Cromer and Hunstanton only. Such passengers on the 0815 bus from Wells may continue beyond Hunstanton free of charge. Passengers travelling between Hunstanton and King’s Lynn, or between Norwich and Cromer may not use their passes until 0930.
The 37 - for boarding the 0905 bus from Southery or the 0908 bus from Downham Market at any point, or for boarding the 09.00 bus from King’s Lynn from Wimbotsham onwards.
The 38 - for boarding any bus at any point.
The 60 - for boarding the 0905 bus from Emneth or the 0918 bus from Upwell at any point.
The 505 - for boarding the 0910 bus from Terrrington at any point.
The X8 - for boarding the 0855 bus from Fakenham at any point from Harpley onwards.
Coasthopper - for boarding the 0905 bus from Hunstanton to King's Lynn at any point from Snettisham Poppyfields onwards.
- Passes issued by district councils in Lincolnshire are also valid to board buses within Lincolnshire before 0930 on Monday to Friday.
- Passes issued to registered blind people are valid to board any bus at any time.
Certain passes with a C+ sign also entitle a nominated carer to travel free with the pass holder.
School and College term and annual passes are issued by county councils for eligible students. Term and annual passes are also available for travel to and from school or college direct from Norfolk Green from any stop, contact us for further details.

Dogs – Accompanied, well-behaved dogs are welcome for free on our buses. Our drivers do have the right to refuse dogs if they are considered to be a danger to other passengers on the bus. Assistance and guide dogs are always welcome.

Adult fares apply to everyone who has reached their 20th birthday. Up to two under-5s can go free with every adult farepayer
Duo return fares are available for two adults going there and back together, and give both of you 15% off the standard adult return

16-19 discounted fares are available to everyone up to their 20th birthday with no ID needed - gives approx 20% off the adult fare
Up to two under-5s can go free with every 16-19 farepayer. College term passes are available, contact us for more details

Under 16 fares apply to everyone until they reach their 16th birthday and give approx 33% off the adult fare
Up to two under-5s can travel free with every farepaying passenger. School term passes are available, contact us for more details

Family group fares are available for four people travelling together, with a maximum of two over-16s in the group
