Service Alert Emails

Our service alert emails will aim to inform you of serious unplanned delays to our buses caused by accidents, road closures, roadworks, weather conditions etc, as well as changes to fares and timetables. Note that in the interests of keeping the number of alerts down, we will not report one-off delays to individual journeys and we may not be able to report delays outside of normal office hours.
